I had been taking a multi vitamin with the same ingredients as Centrum. For 1-2 weeks max. I started getting constipated, and stopped taking it I've been off for about a week and I am/was noticing small black flecks. At first it was with every bowel movement as I also contrasted with constipation and diarrhea. Now its once in a while. I usually have a movement at least once a day. Yesterday my stool was loose and today more formed but not "solid" Any input would be wonderful.

The black specks I am familiar with are pieces of intestinal garbage that have been "stuck" in your guts. I am on a cleanse right now, and those same black specks come out every so often. Okay, so I just did my business and my stool was a dark brown, almost black color. I don't feel constipated and it didn't hurt, and it wasn't bloody or anything. Am I okay? Yesterday I think I as fine...This has only happened once so far. Yesterday I took a large gulp of Max Pepto and today I had an Excedrin, if that means anything. Also, in the past days I have started drinking dr.pepper again, and I havent for a few weeks (like a big bottle, I think a two liter or something of that nature) Please help?

The Max Pepto could certainly have done this. One of the common side effects of bismuth salicylate is blackened stools. It is harmless. Do make sure that your stools return to the usual color after you have not taken the Pepto for a day or two. All the best.

Could you tell me what needs to be changed? am i writing to fast, not putting enough emotion and surroundings in? As i stood under the hard hitting drips of water running from the shower i could here the two girls talking. I could swear they were talking about the man i saw earlier. the man with the wiled curly hair sitting on his balcony. Jealousy ripped through my stomach as i imagined the two pretty woman with that man. I washed the make off my face and lathered my blond wavy hair in pink strawberry conditioner. I was no longer tired in the eyes however my body told a different story; but knowing those girls had there eyes on the gorgeous man next door, i had to act quickly and make my self noticeable. I know it sounds silly but i couldn't get the strange mans smile out of my head, when he laughed at the embarrassing moment of my breast sticking out. His dimples were deep and they matched perfectly with his manly face. They added the baby touch to his cheeks. I have never felt like this before. Being so drawn to someone after seeing them for no longer then three minutes. I guess this is what love at first sight feels like. I knew i would soon be over this enchanting gentleman but right now i had to meet him, even to say hello. The girls out side my shower cubicle left the bathroom. I turned off the shower after making sure my conditioner was washed out completely. I dressed my self in a casual sweater and some black trackies. After i tied the shoelaces on my sneakers up and combed my wet hair i walked impatiently out the bathroom door and across the motel lobby. The motel was joined with a small bar. There was nothing to personal so i continued to look at the drink menu.

There is A LOT of spelling and grammatical errors. The story doesn't seem to really have any point to me. I don't think the writing in general is bad. Just fix the homonyms you messed up on.

So I am a Hypocondriac to the max... when i was around 7-8 i thought my heart was going to stop so i would check it constantly... was in school one day and we had an essembly for AIDS, then went home cause i was having flu like symptoms, thought i had AIDS (which i did not). Had a swollen lymph node under my arm (thought it was breast cancer) had it checked nothing... Had some Bright red blood on toilet paper ONCE and it was barely anything.... (thought i had colon cancer) Now i drank Grape juice, which i know better cause Cranberry juice/Grape juice/Prune juice makes my poops dark or smell like burnt rubber.... which has happened before.... but noooow since i drank the grape juice im freaking out cause i had a black tarry stool Just once... nothing more... no other symptoms..... now i KNOW its from the grape juice... but yet i am on the colon cancer train again. I am completely freaked out and my anxiety is at its max.... what should i do? go for a walk? call a psychiatrist? i am 22 years old with no family history of cancer AT ALL.
